Gründer und Teams, die auf dem The Delta Campus arbeiten.
“The Delta Campus has a special energy it's difficult to find somewhere else. It's a place full of founders who genuinely want to build. We've been here since it opened and the space just keeps getting better, between the gym, the extra floor and a constant stream of events.”
David Padilla
Co-founder & CEO, Kenjo
“When we moved into Delta Campus in June 2025 as a freshly founded German entity of our Polish parent company, we were just three people squeezed into a small office. Today, we're a team of 15 spread across two spacious offices. Delta Campus has been a fantastic place to exchange ideas, build real relationships, and feel part of a bigger community.”
Christine Dargert
Director Partnerships DACH, Base
“Having a hybrid office culture only works well if you have a great office, and the Delta offers us exactly that. Our team loves it here, especially the friendly, energetic atmosphere (and the sports classes!) We are collaborating with several other companies at the Delta, and value the professional input other members have here.”
Niklas Dehio
Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Elephant Technologies
“I've built companies in Berlin for over a decade, and it's wonderful to see a place bring the founder community together the way The Delta has. It's the kind of infrastructure the city needed.”
Anna Alex
Co-Founder, Nala Earth
“The Delta Campus has been a great place for us to meet founders, host events, and stay connected to the ecosystem.”
Martin Schöne
Co-CEO, Berlin Startup School
“The Delta Campus brings together so many relevant startup ecosystem players - and is therefore a great coworking space for our founders.”
Lena Bumke
Project Lead, Grace Accelerator

Expect plenty of focused coworking, an optional lunch together, and a short, informal intro round to meet the group. Low-pressure, welcoming, and built for productive days and new connections. Day pass includes coffee, tea, and access to phone booths and community areas across the campus.
Masterclass: Beyond VC, the Public Funding Playbook
Looking beyond early-stage startup funding? Public funding is one of the most valuable and most overlooked resources available to founders, but knowing which programs fit your stage is often the hardest part. In this Masterclass, Anne Le Rolland and Philipp Scherer from Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie give you a practical map of the funding landscape across Berlin, Germany, and the EU, from IBB, EXIST, and KfW to Horizon Europe and the EIC Accelerator. Leave with a shortlist of programs that match your stage and clear next steps, and learn how public funding can extend your runway without costing you more equity.
How to stay sane as a Founder’s Associate - The Delta x Deep Work
The Founder's Associate role is one of the most intense seats in a startup, and one of the loneliest. Join Deep Work and The Delta Campus on Wednesday, 28 October, 7 to 9 PM, for an evening just for FAs. Hosted by Lea Mersch, former Bundesliga athlete, strategy consultant, and trained psychotherapist, you'll get an honest look at what the role costs you, practical tools to handle pressure without burning out, and open conversation with peers who know exactly what you're dealing with.
