About the series

Each masterclass brings an expert into The Delta community to teach one subject in depth. Hosts are practitioners: investors, funding advisors, operators and founders who work on the topic every day. Recent sessions have covered public and non-dilutive funding, venture capital fundraising, hiring, organic lead generation and building a company brain for AI. Every session sets out up front what it covers, what you take away and who it is for.

The focus is practical. You leave with something you can use in your venture, whether that is a map of funding options, a framework for your next hire or a plan for testing a new channel. It is time spent on the decisions that shape how your venture is funded, staffed and grown.
