Event types

Pick the format, then the space.

Every corporate event here starts with what you are hosting. These are the formats we run most often and the spaces that suit each one; combine them however your event needs.

Summer parties & company parties

A party for the whole company, from a summer evening by the pool to the end-of-year celebration. Big, open spaces with their own bars, and room inside if the weather turns.

Spaces that suit it
  • The Rooftop
  • The Terrace
  • The Coworking
Product launches with keynotes

A stage, a screen and an audience facing the front, for the moment the product goes public. The Atrium's built-in stage and pink runway were made for it; The Observatory puts Berlin behind the speaker.

Spaces that suit it
  • The Atrium
  • The Observatory
  • The Terrace
Networking events

Standing room, a bar and space to move between conversations: client evenings, community mixers, partner nights. Indoors on the coworking floor, or outside on a terrace or the roof.

Spaces that suit it
  • The Coworking
  • The Terrace
  • The Sundowner Terrace
  • The Rooftop
A presentation, then networking

One way to shape an event, not the only one: a plenary or presentation in one of the presentation spaces, then networking in one of the networking spaces. A talk in the Atrium followed by drinks on the Terrace, say, or a session in The Observatory before the Rooftop.

The spaces

Spaces for presenting, spaces for networking.

Choose by what the event needs. The presentation spaces take a plenary or a keynote; the networking spaces take the conversation that follows, or the whole evening on their own.

What company organisers ask.

Questions

Yes. The Atrium is built for it — the stage, the screen and the runway all take branding. Larger installations are fine with notice; tell us what you have in mind in the enquiry.

Bar and service staff are arranged with the booking, and are recommended from around sixty guests where drinks are served. Soft drinks, coffee and tea come as packages; catering from breakfast to finger food is arranged on request.

The Rooftop has its own glazed indoor space and the Pavilion is covered, so a rooftop evening has somewhere to go without moving buildings. We agree the wet-weather plan when you book rather than on the day.

Yes. We produce our own programme on this campus every week, and the same team can take on yours — run sheet, suppliers, technical, the lot. Say so in your enquiry and we will scope it.

Up to 650 on the Rooftop, 150 seated in the Atrium, 350 on the Terrace. Which number matters depends on the shape of your evening, which is the first thing we will ask about.
