Weeks 0–2 - 02Co-build
Operator partners roll up their sleeves and build beside you, validation, first hires, product, backed by inception capital.
Months 1–6 - 03Scale
Raise your round and grow from inside the Delta ecosystem, with mentors and investors on hand long after your cohort.
