Come join us for Office Hours with David Hamala from Osborne Clark.
David specialises in working with founder teams, startups, and venture capital investors in the areas of founding, employee participation programs (virtual and equity-based), and VC financing (convertible loans, equity, and venture debt). In particular, he supports startups from their incorporation through various financing rounds (pre-seed, seed, Series A, etc.) to exit.
Everything will be taking place from 2 - 4 PM in the Mars conference room on the ground floor.
