David specialises in working with founder teams, startups, and venture capital investors in the areas of founding, employee participation programs (virtual and equity-based), and VC financing (convertible loans, equity, and venture debt). In particular, he supports startups from their incorporation through various financing rounds (pre-seed, seed, Series A, etc.) to exit.
Everything will be taking place from 2 - 5 PM in the Jupiter conference room on the ground floor.
Each person will get a 30min slot.
