Applied AI & Venture Building Mentor
Wynand leads applied AI development at The Delta, where he builds the internal tools, agent systems, and automated workflows that power the company's operations and ventures. With a background spanning architecture, an MBA with a focus on gamification, and a pivot into venture building during the pandemic, he brings an unusually multidisciplinary lens to the challenges early-stage founders face. He approaches startups the way an architect approaches a build holistically, structurally, and with a clear eye on what's load-bearing. At The Delta, he works hands-on with AI-powered systems in production, from multi-agent orchestration to low-code development pipelines, and translates that into practical guidance for founders looking to build leaner, move faster, and integrate AI where it actually creates leverage and not just noise.
