Konstanty is a Berlin-based entrepreneur and advisor with over two decades of experience in leadership hiring and people decisions. He has conducted more than 12,000 interviews and made over 1,200 hires across Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East. He has founded and exited two businesses, including Caissa Recruitment, which he sold to Arrows Group, where he subsequently served as a board member. His work spans organisational growth, restructuring and M&A.
Fundraising & VC Strategy Mentor
Erdinç Koç is the Head of MTH Accelerator and Venture Partner at Earlybird. With over 11 years in the European startup and VC ecosystem, Erdinç has reviewed 30,000+ pitch decks, interviewed 4,000+ founders, and supported startups in raising over €36M in funding. He has worked at Heartfelt Capital, HPI, APX (Axel Springer & Porsche), and Rocket Internet, and has mentored founders across 90+ programs, including Techstars, Antler, EWOR, ETH Entrepreneur Club, and The Delta Campus.
Entrepreneurship & Business Growth Mentor
Jan Möllendorf has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, starting as a financial accountant at Unilever before joining a business founded by his father-in-law and growing it from 50 to 350 employees into a well-known IT-Service and CRM-infrastructure consulting firm through acquisitions and major transformations. Since 2012 he has been an active VC investor and business angel, giving him firsthand insight into startup hiring and MVP challenges. His network spans marketing, CRM, data-driven customer management and the German Mittelstand. He is Founder and Chair of Satori, The Executive Circle, and gives back as a board member of Bitkom and a member of Rotary.
