Ask successful serial entrepreneurs what they wish they had understood earlier, and one answer comes up again and again: themselves.

Not the market, not the product, but how they decide, how they react under pressure, and what they need from the people they build with. Building a startup puts your co-founder relationship to the test: big decisions, tight deadlines, different priorities, and plenty of uncertainty. High-performing co-founder teams make time to really get to know each other. They understand their own strengths, patterns, and blind spots, and they aren’t afraid to challenge each other or talk about the uncomfortable stuff.

Imagine your co-founder actually knew what brings out your best, what drives you crazy, and how to work with you when things get tough. And you knew the same about them. In this interactive session, you’ll get that clarity and walk out with your own “Manual to Me”, ready to share with your co-founder the same day.

About The Delta Campus Masterclass Series

The Delta Campus Masterclass series brings experts into our community to teach what they know best, from product and venture design to legal, finance, and growth. Each session delivers hands-on knowledge founders can immediately apply to strengthen their ventures.

This session is hosted in collaboration with FX Founder Experience, a hands-on initiative dedicated to the human side of venture building. FX helps founders build strong co-founder relationships, navigate tough decisions, handle conflict, and grow in their leadership roles.

This Session: Please Meet... Yourself

Hosted by Peer Soetebeer and Heike Wirth, Co-Founders of FX Founder Experience.

Peer is a sparring partner for founders, CEOs, and C-level leaders navigating growth, complexity, or personal transformation. For more than 15 years, he has driven growth and transformation from every angle: in large corporations, as co-founder of his own startup, and by helping Doctolib through hypergrowth.

Heike is a founder coach and leadership trainer for VC-backed startups in Berlin. She helps founders strengthen their co-founder relationships, grow as leaders, and build effective leadership teams, bringing 20+ years of experience in innovation, human-centered design and leadership, including 14 years at Fjord/Accenture.

Together, they bring deep experience in co-founder dynamics and matching. Everything in this session comes from years of practical work with co-founder teams, using well-tested practices shaped by high-performing teams in scaleups and cutting-edge innovation environments.

We'll cover

  • Know yourself, honestly: your strengths, blind spots, quirks, and what brings out your best or gets in the way
  • Decide faster: understand how you make decisions and react under pressure, so you don't get stuck in the same loops
  • Solve problems before they cost you: surface different expectations early and build the trust to tackle tough topics while they are still small
  • Perform better as a team: how to challenge each other and work together effectively when speed and execution matter most
What you'll walk away with
  • Your "Manual to Me": a one-pager that shows your co-founder how you work best, what drives you nuts and how you respond under pressure
  • A framework for conversations that matter: a simple structure for talking with your co-founder about expectations and friction before they slow you down
  • A clearer view of how you decide and react under pressure, so you can break unhelpful loops
  • New connections with fellow founders, built on more than small talk
Who it's for
  • Founders who want to make faster decisions and execute without being slowed down by misalignment
  • Founders who want to turn different strengths and working styles into a real advantage
  • Founders building a co-founder team that holds up under pressure and that investors trust
