Oliver Merkel - Gründerszene x The Delta
18:00-23:00
How do you build a billion-dollar quick-commerce company from Berlin, then walk away to build something entirely different? Oliver Merkel has done exactly that. As founder of Flink, he helped build one of Europe's fastest-scaling grocery delivery companies, before founding Blocks, an AI company now helping startups cut cloud costs by up to 28.7%. At The Delta Campus, Oliver joins us for an in-depth fireside chat about scaling through hypergrowth, spotting your next company from inside your own operations, and what it really takes to build more than one category-defining business.
Build the Team, Win the Game
The Delta Masterclass
16:00-17:00
You can have the right product, the right market, and money in the bank, and still watch it stall, not because the idea was wrong, but because of who you hired. In this masterclass, Konstanty Sliwowski, who has conducted 12,000+ interviews and made 1,200+ hires, breaks down why so many hires fail inside the first 18 months, the three traps that catch almost every founder, and a simple framework to define, design, and decide before you make your next hire.

Limited to 10 founders for a fully hands-on build: bring a real pitch, proposal, or idea, and leave with a working page, a repeatable structure, and a reusable Claude skill built around your own brand voice.
