Gero Decker | Gründerszene x The Delta
18:00-23:00
How do you build one of Europe's most successful enterprise software companies from Berlin, then step into a leadership role at SAP? Gero Decker has done exactly that. As co-founder of Signavio, he helped build a global process intelligence platform that was acquired by SAP in 2021 in one of Europe's largest enterprise software exits. At The Delta Campus, Gero joins us for an in-depth fireside chat about building category-defining B2B SaaS from Europe, navigating international expansion, and what it really takes to go from early-stage founder to enterprise leader at scale.
Company Brain
The Delta Masterclass
16:00-17:00
Most teams have cracked personal productivity. The harder problem is what happens when you try to scale that across an entire organisation. This masterclass with Wynand Viljoen, who leads applied AI development at The Delta, explores how to move from a Second Brain to a Company Brain: a living graph of everything your organisation knows, connected and AI-ready. If your AI tools feel disconnected from how your team actually operates, this session is for you.

Applied AI: LinkedIn and AI
17:00-18:00
Most founders using AI on LinkedIn are producing the same generic content, and their audience can tell. In Episode 4 of our Applied AI Webinar series, Wynand Viljoen is joined by Darya Kamkalova, founder of Venturing Women, a 1,000+ strong global community for early-stage female founders across 28 countries, to dig into what actually works when AI meets LinkedIn strategy. Whether you are posting inconsistently, in the middle of a raise, or scaling your GTM, this session is for you.
