About the series

AI is collapsing the hardware build cycle. Design, part selection, simulation and iteration that used to take months now take days, and each revision costs less.

unfair_hardware is a new Berlin community for anyone building hardware with AI: people moving into hardware from software, early-stage builders pushing a prototype towards production, and experienced engineers who have shipped hardware before and want to share what they know.

Every month we host a Build Night at The Delta: about 40 builders, a themed track, and the partners whose AI tools, components and platforms are making this speed possible. Bring an idea or a prototype, learn from people who have been through the hard parts, and leave with something further along than when you arrived.
